	🎓️️Prof. Zhiwen Yu South China University of Technology, China Dr. Zhiman Yu is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Computer Science, South China University of Technology. He serves as a dual-appointed mentor at the Peng Cheng Laboratory, a consultant to Huawei, Chair of the IEEE Computer Society Guangzhou Chapter, and a council member of the China Computer Federation (CCF) from 2016 to 2023. He has published more than 200 academic papers, including over 90 long papers in IEEE Transactions, with more than 18,000 citations on Google Scholar and an h-index of 59. He serves as an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, and a editorial board member of Computer Applications, the journal of the CCF. He has led and participated in more than 30 projects, including leading key projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) (Artificial Intelligence for Emergency Management), the Excellent Young Scientists Fund, the Cultivation Project of the Major Research Program of NSFC, general projects and youth projects, as well as Guangdong Province’s Key R&D Program (basic directions of artificial intelligence) and the Guangdong Outstanding Young Scientists Fund. He has won the Second Prize of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Natural Science Award (ranked first) and the Second Prize of the Natural Science Award of the China Computer Federation (ranked first), and was selected for Stanford University’s 2024 list of the world’s top 2% scientists.
	🎓️️Prof. Bing Shi Wuhan University of Technology, China (Vice Dean) Prof. Bing Shi is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor serving as the Associate Dean of the School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science and Technology from Nanjing University, China, and completed his Ph.D. at the University of Southampton, UK. His primary research focuses on Artificial Intelligence and Service Computing, with an emphasis on developing AI-driven solutions for decision-making in complex distributed environments. Prof. Shi has led four national-level and four ministerial-level (MoE-funded) research projects, publishing over 40 papers in top-tier journals and conferences recommended by the China Computer Federation (CCF), including EAAI, ESWA, IOTJ, TNSM, KBS, ICWS, and ICSOC. An active member of IEEE, ACM, and CCF, he serves on the CCF Technical Committee on Service Computing.
	🎓️️Prof. Nianyin Zeng, Xiamen University World's Top 2% Most-Cited Scientist, Huawei Ascend Expert, China AI Annual Top 10 Influential Figure Nianyin Zeng was born in Fujian Province, China, in 1986. He received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation in 2008 and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 2013, both from Fuzhou University. From October 2012 to March 2013, he was a RA in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the University of Hong Kong. From September 2017 to August 2018, he as an ISEF Fellow founded by the Korea Foundation for Advance Studies and also a Visiting Professor at the Korea Advance Institute of Science and Technology. Currently, he is a Professor with the Department of Instrumental & Electrical Engineering of Xiamen University. His current research interests include intelligent data analysis, computational intelligent, time-series modeling and applications. He is the author or co-author of several technical papers and also a very active reviewer for many international journals and conferences. Prof. Zeng is currently serving as Associate Editors for Neurocomputing, Evolutionary Intelligence, and Frontiers in Medical Technology, and also Editorial Board members for Computers in Biology and Medicine, Biomedical Engineering Online, and Mathematical Problems in Engineering.
	🎓️️Prof. Mingguang Shan Harbin Engineering University, China Mingguang Shan, Ph.D., Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor, is the leader of the Optoelectronic Information Intelligent Processing Technology Team and the director of the provincial "Advanced Intelligent Perception Technology Collaborative Innovation Center." He is a council member of the Mechanical Measurement Instruments Branch of the China Instrument and Control Society, a member of the Holography and Optical Information Processing Committee of the Chinese Optical Society, a member of the Optical Testing Professional Committee of the Chinese Optical Society, a member of the Youth Working Committee of the China Instrument and Control Society, and a member of the First Young Experts Committee on Advanced Optical Manufacturing of the Chinese Society for Optical Engineering. His main research areas include optoelectronic detection and instrumentation, computational imaging technology, and high-speed image/video processing technology. He has received two second-class provincial natural science awards (ranked 1st and 4th in contribution), holds over 40 authorized invention patents, and has published more than 110 academic papers in SCI-indexed journals.
