Prof. Zhenbin Zhao North China Electric Power University | Prof. Zhenbin Zhao is a professor and Ph.D. supervisor at North China Electric Power University, as well as the deputy director of the Ministry of Education's Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Computing in Complex Energy Systems. He is a distinguished member of the China Computer Federation (CCF) and a representative member of the 13th session; an editorial board member of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics; and the deputy secretary-general of the CES Smart Energy Special Committee, as well as a committee member of the Artificial Intelligence and Electrical Applications Special Committee. He served as the chair of CCF YOCSEF Baoding from 2021 to 2022 and is also involved with various sub-committees related to computer vision and applications, including the Standardization Committee. Additionally, he is a member of several special committees under the Chinese Society of Imaging and Graphics (CSIG), including those focusing on visual big data, imaging detection and perception, and traffic video. Prof. Zhao has been engaged in research on artificial intelligence technologies in the power sector for many years. He has received three first-class provincial scientific and technological awards, published two monographs, and authored over 90 research papers. He has led more than 20 research projects and has been granted 18 patents. His work has significantly contributed to the intelligent development of the power industry. |
Prof. Tao Lei Shaanxi University of Science & Technology | Lei Tao is a Level 3 Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, member of the Academic Committee of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, and Vice Dean of the School of Electronic Information and Artificial Intelligence. He is a senior member of IEEE, CCF, and CSIG. Dr. Tao has been selected for the High-Level Talent Program of Shaanxi Province, recognized as an Outstanding Young Scholar in Shaanxi Province, included in the Stanford Global Top 2% Scientists list, and acknowledged as a high-contribution author in Wiley’s China Open Science initiative.He serves as an associate editor, editorial board member, and guest editor for seven journals, and has held various leadership positions, including general chair, technical committee chair, publicity chair, awards committee chair, and session chair at over 30 international conferences. His main research areas include computer vision and machine learning. He has published four monographs and conference proceedings, and has authored over 100 papers in prestigious journals and conferences, including IEEE TIP, IEEE TMI, IEEE TFS, IEEE TGRS, and IJCAI. Among these publications, there are nine ESI Highly Cited Papers, with more than 4,600 citations on Google Scholar.Dr. Tao has led various projects, including five funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, as well as initiatives from the Outstanding Young Scholar Fund of Shaanxi Province and the Key Research and Development Program of Shaanxi Province. He has received the Second Prize of Scientific and Technological Progress from Shaanxi Province and the First Prize for Outstanding Research Achievements from Higher Education Institutions in Gansu Province as the principal contributor. |
Prof. Tao Zhou North Minzu University | Tao Zhou is currently a professor in School of Computer Science and Engineering, North Minzu University, Yinchuan, China. He is also a Ph.D. Supervisor in Institute for Medical Informatics, University of Huaqiao, Fuzhou, China. He obtained his PhD degree from Computer Science and technology, Northwestern Poly-technology Univ. in China. he has been a visiting scholar in The University of Leicester, UK. Chinese University of Hong Kong, HK, ShanDong University, China. His research interests include pattern recognition, machine learning, machine vision, medical image analysis. He has published over 220 academic papers in top journal or conference, such as Information Fusion, Applied Soft Computing, CIBM, CMPB, BSPC, Acta Electronica Sinica, et. al., 3 ESI Papers. he has published 3 books, Furthermore, he has obtained 6 authorized patents. He served for the NCIG2020,ICIG2021,ICIGP 2022 & IFSP2022，ICDIP2022 as Technical Co-Chair or Publicity Co-Chair. |
Prof. Wenqing Zhao North China Electric Power University | Professor and doctoral supervisor at North China Electric Power University, a famous teacher in Hebei Province, currently serving as a member of the Technical Committee of the Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Computing for Complex Energy Systems of the Ministry of Education, a member of the Academic Committee of Hebei Key Laboratory of Energy and Power Knowledge Computing, and the head of Baoding Key Laboratory of Knowledge Computing and Data Security.At the same time, he is responsible for building the Power Vision Research Center of the School of Artificial Intelligence of North China Electric Power University, and serves as a standing director of Hebei Computer Society, an outstanding member of CCF, and a senior member of CSIG. He has presided over more than 10 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Hebei Natural Science Foundation, and is mainly engaged in interdisciplinary research work in artificial intelligence and energy, power vision, etc.He is the winner of the second prize of Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award. |
